MINI BIO
I have been married to my gorgeous wife Jill for 15 years. I have two boys, Brandon and Nicholas. I am an information systems manager and have worked in the computer industry for 18 years. My hobbies include triathlons, fishing, and traveling. I consider myself to be a healthy and physically fit person. Prior to getting married I was active and kept in youthful shape with little effort.
In seemingly popular fashion, my waistline grew an average of a half of an inch per year of marriage. However, in April of 2003 I started my new life by admitting to myself that I was overweight and unhealthy and that I was ready for a change. Simply enough: I changed my diet, and started riding a bicycle. What seemed like a miracle at the time, my body started to change, my outlook improved and I was at the starting line for a whole new lifestyle. Four years later, my days, weeks, months and years are filled with training plans highlighting my Outlook calendar. I don’t see any stopping or slowing down. I’m certain that living healthy is far better than the alternatives
