is) a marathon runner Completing the LA Maraton 10 times and qualifying
for Boston 6 times.

Who in your life inspires you? My wife, she has been through a lot, she is my biggest supporter
What gets you pumped up on race day? Smack talk from friends, being around other people who enjoy the same things you do
If there was one word you could repeat in your mind to get you through the hardest point of a race, what would it be?Work trough it, you will almost always have a rough spot in a distance race, teach yourself to work through that rough spot
What is your favorite activity on non-training rest days? Play and have fun with my daughter
What is your favorite way to relax and recharge just before the race? listen to music, I like a lot of country, most of it can be inspirational
